CURATOR'S NOTE

Rather than treating the P2000 as one continuous canvas, Coral Halftone uses its separate surfaces deliberately. The result is a finish where Grey feels intentional, supported by Red and Black. On the P2000, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

LEAD COLOUR

On the P2000, the slide carries most of the Grey; in Coral Halftone, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

PATTERN CONTROL

Across the frame and controls, Coral Halftone uses Red to interrupt the main field. On this P2000, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.

STRUCTURAL FINISH

At the grip, Coral Halftone becomes quieter. Black and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the P2000's functional geometry.
