CURATOR'S NOTE
Doppler (Phase 3) changes the character of the ★ Nomad Knife by treating its silhouette as part of the graphic design. Its pearlescent colour flow is carried by Blue, then tempered by Black so the finish does not collapse into a single block of colour. Nothing needs to be exaggerated; the palette and surface treatment already create a strong visual signature.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
DOMINANT PASSAGE
The blade face carry the strongest Blue passage in Doppler (Phase 3). On the ★ Nomad Knife, that concentration gives the finish a clear centre of gravity before the eye moves outward.
PATTERN CONTROL
Moving into the spine and cutting edge, Black interrupts the main field just enough to separate the surfaces. That pacing is what keeps Doppler (Phase 3) readable on the ★ Nomad Knife.
MATERIAL DEPTH
At the handle and pommel, Teal and the underlying construction become more visible. The quieter treatment frames the painted areas instead of competing with them. On this ★ Nomad Knife, that role is specific to Doppler (Phase 3).
