On the M249, Jungle works through hierarchy: one visual idea leads, the rest supports it. The key is the tension between Green and Beige: one attracts the eye, the other gives the matte field coating room to register. The result feels disciplined and functional: recognisable at a glance, but detailed enough to reward a closer look.

COLOUR MASS
The receiver and upper shroud carry the strongest Green passage in Jungle. On the M249, that concentration gives the finish a clear centre of gravity before the eye moves outward.
SMALLER INTERRUPTIONS
The stock and magazine housing introduce Beige as a counterweight. On Jungle, that shift prevents Green from flattening the design and gives the matte field coating a more deliberate rhythm.
SILHOUETTE EDGE
At the barrel, bipod and exposed hardware, Brown and the underlying construction become more visible. The quieter treatment frames the painted areas instead of competing with them. On this M249, that role is specific to Jungle.
