CURATOR'S NOTE

Glitched Paint is strongest when you read it as a composition rather than a colour sample. The Pink passages establish the first read, while Blue controls the separation between sections; the technical graphic language provides the identity. That balance keeps the finish coherent from first read to close-up inspection.

SURFACE FOCUS

Pink is most assertive on the receiver and handguard, turning that section into the visual anchor of Glitched Paint. The technical graphic language is easiest to understand here.

STRUCTURAL BREAK

The stock and magazine introduce Blue as a counterweight. On Glitched Paint, that shift prevents Pink from flattening the design and gives the synthetic painted surface a more deliberate rhythm.

FINAL ACCENT

At the suppressor and exposed hardware, Red and the underlying construction become more visible. The quieter treatment frames the painted areas instead of competing with them. On this M4A1-S, that role is specific to Glitched Paint.
