CURATOR'S NOTE

What gives Inlay its character is the way the finish changes the proportions of the R8 Revolver. Black carries the first read, while White gives the surface its structure. The result is a ornamental linework that feels intentional on this silhouette rather than pasted across it.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
VISUAL ANCHOR
Across the front assembly, Black establishes the strongest read of Inlay. This is where the ornamental linework feels most concentrated and where the R8 Revolver gains its visual anchor.
SECONDARY LAYER
The central body introduces White as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Black, it separates forms and gives Inlay a clearer rhythm on the R8 Revolver.
EDGE DETAIL
At the rear section, Forest acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Inlay from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
