CURATOR'S NOTE

There is a useful tension in Scaffold: the finish feels immediate from a distance, yet more deliberate up close. Its palette moves from Forest into Black instead of treating the whole body as one uninterrupted field. That pacing gives the material-led surface treatment a cleaner, more curated finish.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

FIRST IMPRESSION

Across the front assembly, Forest establishes the strongest read of Scaffold. This is where the material-led surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the UMP-45 gains its visual anchor.

MATERIAL SHIFT

The central body introduces Black as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Forest, it separates forms and gives Scaffold a clearer rhythm on the UMP-45.

SILHOUETTE RELEASE

At the rear section, Teal acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Scaffold from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
