CURATOR'S NOTE

On this silhouette, Case Hardened uses pattern-dependent heat-treated metal blooming in blue, gold and violet beside classic wood to change how the AK-47 feels without changing its form. Its material language—chemical patina and wood—keeps the idea grounded and stops the finish from feeling like a loose collection of graphics. For loadout building, the important part is that the finish tells you exactly what kind of materials and contrasts should live around it.
