CURATOR'S NOTE
Rather than disguising the AK-47, Elite Build reframes it through modular black and gunmetal equipment panels marked by restrained orange technical accents. The finish becomes more convincing once the surface is read as matte polymer and machined metal, because the graphics and the object start to belong to the same world. The finish is easiest to understand as a design object first and a color object second.
