Forest DDPAT reads immediately because the palette is organised rather than scattered. Green takes the visual lead; Grey anchors it; Black supplies the smaller counterpoint that makes the finish memorable. On the M9 Bayonet, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

LEAD COLOUR
On the M9 Bayonet, the main body carries most of the Green; in Forest DDPAT, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.
PATTERN CONTROL
Across the secondary panels, Forest DDPAT uses Grey to interrupt the main field. On this M9 Bayonet, that break gives the layered camouflage enough rhythm to stay legible.
