CURATOR'S NOTE

The strength of Lore comes from restraint as much as colour. Green establishes the identity, while Gold and Black control the edges and negative space. On the M9 Bayonet, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

SURFACE FLOW

On the M9 Bayonet, the main body carries most of the Green; in Lore, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

CONTRAST ZONE

Across the secondary panels, Lore uses Gold to interrupt the main field. On this M9 Bayonet, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.

EDGE DEFINITION

At the grip and hardware, Lore becomes quieter. Black and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the M9 Bayonet's functional geometry.
