CURATOR'S NOTE
Doppler (Phase 1) changes the character of the ★ Talon Knife by treating its silhouette as part of the graphic design. Rather than spreading every colour evenly, the finish lets Purple dominate and uses Black to articulate the ★ Talon Knife's major breaks. That balance keeps the finish coherent from first read to close-up inspection.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
MAIN GESTURE
Purple is most assertive on the blade face, turning that section into the visual anchor of Doppler (Phase 1). The pearlescent colour flow is easiest to understand here.
QUIETER SUPPORT
The spine and cutting edge introduce Black as a counterweight. On Doppler (Phase 1), that shift prevents Purple from flattening the design and gives the polished, gem-like blade surface a more deliberate rhythm. On this ★ Talon Knife, that role is specific to Doppler (Phase 1).
EDGE DETAIL
The handle and pommel act as a visual release point: Pink and exposed material reduce the density of Doppler (Phase 1) and sharpen the boundary between finish and hardware.
