CURATOR'S NOTE
The personality of The Oligarch comes from committing fully to white and black puffer-jacket paneling framed by gold accents. Its color and pattern choices make more sense once they are understood as part of quilted fabric illusion and polished metal. The result is not simply attractive; it has a specific visual job inside a loadout.
