CURATOR'S NOTE

Rather than treating the Five-SeveN as one continuous canvas, Fraise Crane uses its separate surfaces deliberately. The result is a finish where Pink feels intentional, supported by Grey and White. On the Five-SeveN, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

VISUAL ANCHOR

On the Five-SeveN, the slide carries most of the Pink; in Fraise Crane, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

SECONDARY RHYTHM

Across the frame and controls, Fraise Crane uses Grey to interrupt the main field. On this Five-SeveN, that break gives the surface composition enough rhythm to stay legible.

HARDWARE CONTRAST

At the grip, Fraise Crane becomes quieter. White and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Five-SeveN's functional geometry.
