CURATOR'S NOTE

The strength of Hyper Beast comes from restraint as much as colour. Pink establishes the identity, while Blue and Red control the edges and negative space. On the Five-SeveN, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

VISUAL ANCHOR

On the Five-SeveN, the slide carries most of the Pink; in Hyper Beast, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

SECONDARY RHYTHM

Across the frame and controls, Hyper Beast uses Blue to interrupt the main field. On this Five-SeveN, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.

HARDWARE CONTRAST

At the grip, Hyper Beast becomes quieter. Red and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Five-SeveN's functional geometry.
