CURATOR'S NOTE
Flashback changes the character of the M4A1-S by treating its silhouette as part of the graphic design. Its surface-specific graphic treatment is carried by Beige, then tempered by Brown so the finish does not collapse into a single block of colour. Nothing needs to be exaggerated; the palette and surface treatment already create a strong visual signature.

COLOUR MASS
Across the receiver and handguard, Flashback concentrates most of the Beige. This is where the surface-specific graphic treatment reads most clearly and where the M4A1-S gains its first visual anchor.
SMALLER INTERRUPTIONS
Moving into the stock and magazine, Brown interrupts the main field just enough to separate the surfaces. That pacing is what keeps Flashback readable on the M4A1-S.
SILHOUETTE EDGE
The suppressor and exposed hardware act as a visual release point: Yellow and exposed material reduce the density of Flashback and sharpen the boundary between finish and hardware.
