CURATOR'S NOTE
Whitefish gives the MAC-10 a clear identity without needing every section to compete for attention. Rather than spreading every colour evenly, the finish lets Black dominate and uses White to articulate the MAC-10's major breaks. The result feels balanced and deliberate: recognisable at a glance, but detailed enough to reward a closer look.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
SURFACE FOCUS
Black is most assertive on the upper receiver and body, turning that section into the visual anchor of Whitefish. The surface-specific graphic treatment is easiest to understand here.
STRUCTURAL BREAK
Along the grip and magazine, White creates the second layer of the composition. It breaks the Black mass without weakening the finish's overall identity.
FINAL ACCENT
Near the wire stock and front assembly, the finish steps back. Grey becomes the final accent, allowing the MAC-10's physical construction to close the composition. On this MAC-10, that role is specific to Whitefish.
