CURATOR'S NOTE

On the MP5-SD, Savannah Halftone works through hierarchy: one visual idea leads, the rest supports it. The Beige passages establish the first read, while Brown controls the separation between sections; the repeating graphic pattern provides the identity. The result feels structured and rhythmic: recognisable at a glance, but detailed enough to reward a closer look.

DOMINANT PASSAGE

Across the receiver and suppressor, Savannah Halftone concentrates most of the Beige. This is where the repeating graphic pattern reads most clearly and where the MP5-SD gains its first visual anchor.

PATTERN CONTROL

The handguard and magazine introduce Brown as a counterweight. On Savannah Halftone, that shift prevents Beige from flattening the design and gives the printed surface treatment a more deliberate rhythm.

MATERIAL DEPTH

At the stock and smaller controls, Yellow and the underlying construction become more visible. The quieter treatment frames the painted areas instead of competing with them.
