CURATOR'S NOTE

What gives Airlock its character is the way the finish changes the proportions of the MP9. Most of the visual weight sits in Beige, with White acting as the counterpoint. That balance is what makes the graphic surface treatment feel specific to this version of the MP9.

VISUAL ANCHOR

Across the front assembly, Beige establishes the strongest read of Airlock. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the MP9 gains its visual anchor.

SECONDARY LAYER

The central body introduces White as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Beige, it separates forms and gives Airlock a clearer rhythm on the MP9.

EDGE DETAIL

At the rear section, Grey acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Airlock from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
