CURATOR'S NOTE

There is a useful tension in Bulkhead: the finish feels immediate from a distance, yet more deliberate up close. Its palette moves from Brown into Black instead of treating the whole body as one uninterrupted field. That pacing gives the graphic surface treatment a cleaner, more curated finish.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

FIRST IMPRESSION

Across the front assembly, Brown establishes the strongest read of Bulkhead. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the Negev gains its visual anchor.

MATERIAL SHIFT

The central body introduces Black as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Brown, it separates forms and gives Bulkhead a clearer rhythm on the Negev.

SILHOUETTE RELEASE

At the rear section, Gold acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Bulkhead from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
