Chainmail is built around a clear visual hierarchy: Grey leads, Black structures the finish, and the darker structural parts keeps the composition from collapsing into a single block of colour. On the P2000, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

PRIMARY FIELD
On the P2000, the slide carries most of the Grey; in Chainmail, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.
COLOUR BREAK
Across the frame and controls, Chainmail uses Black to interrupt the main field. On this P2000, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.
MATERIAL EDGE
At the grip, Chainmail becomes quieter. the darker structural parts and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the P2000's functional geometry.
