CURATOR'S NOTE

There is a useful tension in Aloha: the finish feels immediate from a distance, yet more deliberate up close. Its palette moves from Forest into Black instead of treating the whole body as one uninterrupted field. That pacing gives the graphic surface treatment a cleaner, more curated finish.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

FIRST IMPRESSION

Across the front assembly, Forest establishes the strongest read of Aloha. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the SG 553 gains its visual anchor.

MATERIAL SHIFT

The central body introduces Black as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Forest, it separates forms and gives Aloha a clearer rhythm on the SG 553.

SILHOUETTE RELEASE

At the rear section, Blue acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Aloha from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
