CURATOR'S NOTE

What gives Safari Print its character is the way the finish changes the proportions of the SG 553. Beige carries the first read, while Brown gives the surface its structure. The result is a graphic surface treatment that feels intentional on this silhouette rather than pasted across it.

VISUAL ANCHOR

Across the front assembly, Beige establishes the strongest read of Safari Print. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the SG 553 gains its visual anchor.

SECONDARY LAYER

The central body introduces Brown as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Beige, it separates forms and gives Safari Print a clearer rhythm on the SG 553.

EDGE DETAIL

At the rear section, Black acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Safari Print from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
