CURATOR'S NOTE

On the SSG 08, Acid Fade works by establishing a clear visual hierarchy. Green carries the first read, while Yellow gives the surface its structure. The result is a clean colour blocking that feels intentional on this silhouette rather than pasted across it.

DOMINANT PASSAGE

Across the front assembly, Green establishes the strongest read of Acid Fade. This is where the clean colour blocking feels most concentrated and where the SSG 08 gains its visual anchor.

COLOUR TRANSITION

The central body introduces Yellow as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Green, it separates forms and gives Acid Fade a clearer rhythm on the SSG 08.

HARDWARE CONTRAST

At the rear section, Black acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Acid Fade from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
