CURATOR'S NOTE

There is a useful tension in Calligrafaux: the finish feels immediate from a distance, yet more deliberate up close. Its palette moves from Black into Forest instead of treating the whole body as one uninterrupted field. That pacing gives the ornamental linework a cleaner, more curated finish.

FIRST IMPRESSION

Across the front assembly, Black establishes the strongest read of Calligrafaux. This is where the ornamental linework feels most concentrated and where the SSG 08 gains its visual anchor.

MATERIAL SHIFT

The central body introduces Forest as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Black, it separates forms and gives Calligrafaux a clearer rhythm on the SSG 08.

SILHOUETTE RELEASE

At the rear section, Brown acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Calligrafaux from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
