CURATOR'S NOTE
There is a useful tension in Cut Out: the finish feels immediate from a distance, yet more deliberate up close. Its palette moves from Forest into Black instead of treating the whole body as one uninterrupted field. That pacing gives the graphic surface treatment a cleaner, more curated finish.

FIRST IMPRESSION
Across the front assembly, Forest establishes the strongest read of Cut Out. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the Tec-9 gains its visual anchor.
MATERIAL SHIFT
The central body introduces Black as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Forest, it separates forms and gives Cut Out a clearer rhythm on the Tec-9.
SILHOUETTE RELEASE
At the rear section, Grey acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Cut Out from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
