CURATOR'S NOTE

On the Tec-9, Ice Cap works by establishing a clear visual hierarchy. Most of the visual weight sits in Blue, with White acting as the counterpoint. That balance is what makes the graphic surface treatment feel specific to this version of the Tec-9.

DOMINANT PASSAGE

Across the front assembly, Blue establishes the strongest read of Ice Cap. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the Tec-9 gains its visual anchor.

COLOUR TRANSITION

The central body introduces White as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Blue, it separates forms and gives Ice Cap a clearer rhythm on the Tec-9.

HARDWARE CONTRAST

At the rear section, the exposed material acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Ice Cap from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
