CURATOR'S NOTE
What gives Motorized its character is the way the finish changes the proportions of the UMP-45. Most of the visual weight sits in Black, with Forest acting as the counterpoint. That balance is what makes the material-led surface treatment feel specific to this version of the UMP-45.

VISUAL ANCHOR
Across the front assembly, Black establishes the strongest read of Motorized. This is where the material-led surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the UMP-45 gains its visual anchor.
SECONDARY LAYER
The central body introduces Forest as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Black, it separates forms and gives Motorized a clearer rhythm on the UMP-45.
EDGE DETAIL
At the rear section, Grey acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Motorized from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
