CURATOR'S NOTE

The strength of Lore comes from restraint as much as colour. Green establishes the identity, while Gold and Black control the edges and negative space. On the Flip Knife, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
VISUAL ANCHOR
On the Flip Knife, the blade face carries most of the Green; in Lore, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.
SECONDARY RHYTHM
Across the spine and tip, Lore uses Gold to interrupt the main field. On this Flip Knife, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.
HARDWARE CONTRAST
At the handle transition, Lore becomes quieter. Black and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Flip Knife's functional geometry.
