CURATOR'S NOTE
What makes Crimson Web convincing is the relationship between colour, material and the ★ Shadow Daggers's underlying geometry. Its web-like linework is carried by Red, then tempered by Black so the finish does not collapse into a single block of colour. Nothing needs to be exaggerated; the palette and surface treatment already create a strong visual signature.

VISUAL ANCHOR
Across the twin blade faces, Crimson Web concentrates most of the Red. This is where the web-like linework reads most clearly and where the ★ Shadow Daggers gains its first visual anchor.
COLOUR TRANSITION
Moving into the spines and cutting edges, Black interrupts the main field just enough to separate the surfaces. That pacing is what keeps Crimson Web readable on the ★ Shadow Daggers.
HARDWARE CONTRAST
The handles and pommels act as a visual release point: the exposed material and exposed material reduce the density of Crimson Web and sharpen the boundary between finish and hardware.
