Monkey Business reads immediately because the palette is organised rather than scattered. Yellow takes the visual lead; Black anchors it; Grey supplies the smaller counterpoint that makes the finish memorable. On the Five-SeveN, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

PRIMARY FIELD

On the Five-SeveN, the slide carries most of the Yellow; in Monkey Business, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

COLOUR BREAK

Across the frame and controls, Monkey Business uses Black to interrupt the main field. On this Five-SeveN, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.

MATERIAL EDGE

At the grip, Monkey Business becomes quieter. Grey and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Five-SeveN's functional geometry.
