CURATOR'S NOTE

What gives Triumvirate its character is the way illustrative artwork follows the geometry of the Five-SeveN. Grey carries the first read, then Black adds enough contrast to keep the silhouette precise. On the Five-SeveN, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

SURFACE FLOW

On the Five-SeveN, the slide carries most of the Grey; in Triumvirate, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

CONTRAST ZONE

Across the frame and controls, Triumvirate uses Black to interrupt the main field. On this Five-SeveN, that break gives the illustrative artwork enough rhythm to stay legible.

EDGE DEFINITION

At the grip, Triumvirate becomes quieter. Orange and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Five-SeveN's functional geometry.
