CURATOR'S NOTE

On the Nova, Gila works by establishing a clear visual hierarchy. Black carries the first read, while Forest gives the surface its structure. The result is a graphic surface treatment that feels intentional on this silhouette rather than pasted across it.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
DOMINANT PASSAGE
Across the front assembly, Black establishes the strongest read of Gila. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the Nova gains its visual anchor.
COLOUR TRANSITION
The central body introduces Forest as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Black, it separates forms and gives Gila a clearer rhythm on the Nova.
HARDWARE CONTRAST
At the rear section, Grey acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Gila from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
