CURATOR'S NOTE

Hieroglyph is strongest when read as a composition rather than a colour sample. Most of the visual weight sits in Gold, with Brown acting as the counterpoint. That balance is what makes the ornamental linework feel specific to this version of the XM1014.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
PRIMARY READ
Across the front assembly, Gold establishes the strongest read of Hieroglyph. This is where the ornamental linework feels most concentrated and where the XM1014 gains its visual anchor.
STRUCTURAL BREAK
The central body introduces Brown as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Gold, it separates forms and gives Hieroglyph a clearer rhythm on the XM1014.
FINAL ACCENT
At the rear section, Black acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Hieroglyph from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
