Fade is strongest when you read it as a composition rather than a colour sample. The Pink passages establish the first read, while Purple controls the separation between sections; the smooth colour gradient provides the identity. That balance keeps the finish coherent from first read to close-up inspection.

PRIMARY FIELD
The upper receiver and body carry the strongest Pink passage in Fade. On the MAC-10, that concentration gives the finish a clear centre of gravity before the eye moves outward.
SECONDARY RHYTHM
Along the grip and magazine, Purple creates the second layer of the composition. It breaks the Pink mass without weakening the finish's overall identity.
MATERIAL BREAK
Near the wire stock and front assembly, the finish steps back. Yellow becomes the final accent, allowing the MAC-10's physical construction to close the composition.
