CURATOR'S NOTE
Cat Fight changes the character of the MAC-10 by treating its silhouette as part of the graphic design. Rather than spreading every colour evenly, the finish lets Teal dominate and uses Beige to articulate the MAC-10's major breaks. Nothing needs to be exaggerated; the palette and surface treatment already create a strong visual signature.
DETAILS / CLOSE-UP
MAIN GESTURE
The upper receiver and body carry the strongest Teal passage in Cat Fight. On the MAC-10, that concentration gives the finish a clear centre of gravity before the eye moves outward.
QUIETER SUPPORT
The grip and magazine introduce Beige as a counterweight. On Cat Fight, that shift prevents Teal from flattening the design and gives the graphic painted surface a more deliberate rhythm.
EDGE DETAIL
Near the wire stock and front assembly, the finish steps back. White becomes the final accent, allowing the MAC-10's physical construction to close the composition. On this MAC-10, that role is specific to Cat Fight.
