CURATOR'S NOTE
What gives Orion its character is the way the finish changes the proportions of the USP-S. Most of the visual weight sits in Orange, with Black acting as the counterpoint. That balance is what makes the graphic surface treatment feel specific to this version of the USP-S.

VISUAL ANCHOR
Across the front assembly, Orange establishes the strongest read of Orion. This is where the graphic surface treatment feels most concentrated and where the USP-S gains its visual anchor.
SECONDARY LAYER
The central body introduces Black as a structural counterweight. Rather than competing with Orange, it separates forms and gives Orion a clearer rhythm on the USP-S.
EDGE DETAIL
At the rear section, the exposed material acts as the release point. That quieter transition keeps Orion from becoming visually uniform and closes the composition with a distinct material break.
