CURATOR'S NOTE

The strength of Fade comes from restraint as much as colour. Pink establishes the identity, while Purple and Yellow control the edges and negative space. On the Paracord Knife, that balance follows this specific finish treatment especially well.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

LEAD COLOUR

On the Paracord Knife, the blade face carries most of the Pink; in Fade, this becomes the first area the eye reads and the clearest expression of the finish.

PATTERN CONTROL

Across the spine and tip, Fade uses Purple to interrupt the main field. On this Paracord Knife, that break gives the colour-shifting surface treatment enough rhythm to stay legible.

STRUCTURAL FINISH

At the handle transition, Fade becomes quieter. Yellow and the underlying material define the boundary between painted surface and the Paracord Knife's functional geometry.
