CURATOR'S NOTE
Damascus Steel changes the character of the ★ Shadow Daggers by treating its silhouette as part of the graphic design. Its forged wave pattern is carried by Grey, then tempered by White so the finish does not collapse into a single block of colour. It is the restraint between those elements—not sheer saturation—that gives the finish its character.

SURFACE FOCUS
Grey is most assertive on the twin blade faces, turning that section into the visual anchor of Damascus Steel. The forged wave pattern is easiest to understand here.
STRUCTURAL BREAK
Moving into the spines and cutting edges, White interrupts the main field just enough to separate the surfaces. That pacing is what keeps Damascus Steel readable on the ★ Shadow Daggers.
FINAL ACCENT
Near the handles and pommels, the finish steps back. the exposed material becomes the final accent, allowing the ★ Shadow Daggers's physical construction to close the composition. On this ★ Shadow Daggers, that role is specific to Damascus Steel.
