CURATOR'S NOTE

Doppler (Sapphire) is strongest when you read it as a composition rather than a colour sample. The key is the tension between Blue and Black: one attracts the eye, the other gives the polished, gem-like blade surface room to register. It is the restraint between those elements—not sheer saturation—that gives the finish its character.

COLOUR MASS

Across the blade face, Doppler (Sapphire) concentrates most of the Blue. This is where the pearlescent colour flow reads most clearly and where the ★ Skeleton Knife gains its first visual anchor.

SMALLER INTERRUPTIONS

Along the spine and cutting edge, Black creates the second layer of the composition. It breaks the Blue mass without weakening the finish's overall identity. On this ★ Skeleton Knife, that role is specific to Doppler (Sapphire).

SILHOUETTE EDGE
