CURATOR'S NOTE

The appeal of Case Hardened comes from how deliberately its surface treatment is distributed across the ★ Shadow Daggers. Rather than spreading every colour evenly, the finish lets Blue dominate and uses Gold to articulate the ★ Shadow Daggers's major breaks. Because the visual weight is controlled, the finish remains easy to place inside a curated loadout.

DETAILS / CLOSE-UP

COLOUR MASS

The twin blade faces carry the strongest Blue passage in Case Hardened. On the ★ Shadow Daggers, that concentration gives the finish a clear centre of gravity before the eye moves outward.

SMALLER INTERRUPTIONS

The spines and cutting edges introduce Gold as a counterweight. On Case Hardened, that shift prevents Blue from flattening the design and gives the hardened steel a more deliberate rhythm.

SILHOUETTE EDGE

At the handles and pommels, Brown and the underlying construction become more visible. The quieter treatment frames the painted areas instead of competing with them.
